PROM GOWN POLICIES
We’re honored to be part of your special moment. Please review the following policies carefully before booking your custom prom gown. These guidelines ensure a smooth process and a luxury experience from start to finish.
Booking Window
Prom bookings open November 1st and close January 31st. We accept a limited number of clients each season to ensure quality and timeliness.
Booking Process & Payments
• Submit a request form on our website to begin the booking process.
• A 50% deposit or the first payment of an in-house payment plan (includes a 10% fee) is required to secure your spot.
•Your gown is not confirmed until payment is received and the contract is signed.
Design Customization
• All designs can be customized (color, fabric, silhouette, etc.).
• No design changes are allowed once your contract is signed.
• No design consultations are offered at this time. Clients must have a clear vision before booking.
Measurements
• Clients are responsible for submitting accurate measurements.
• If your measurements change, you must notify us at least 4 weeks before your gown’s scheduled completion date.
• Fittings are not available until our design studio opens.
Turnaround Time
Gowns take 6–10 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and the number of orders ahead of you.
Rush Orders
•Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• Rush fees start at $500 and vary depending on your timeline and design complexity.
Shipping
All gowns are shipped only at this time. Shipping fees are calculated based on location and added to your final invoice.
Alterations
Clients are responsible for their own alterations. We do not provide alteration services at this time.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our gowns, all sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after a deposit is made.
Final Note
